If you find any Perspi-Guard® product is non-responsive and would like to return it, contact us straight away. We have found that in most cases, a simple call to Customer Services can result in much better results, as it is often the case that the product has been applied incorrectly.

For example, Perspi-Guard® Maximum Strength Antiperspirants must be applied at night before bed, to clean, dry skin for it to be effective. If applied in the morning the efficacy will be greatly reduced.

In the unlikely event of you still being unhappy after discussing your purchase with us, you may request to return it within 30 days of date of original delivery. Once your return is received, a full refund of purchase price of your order will be paid within 14 days.

If you have purchased from a retailer such as Lloyds Pharmacy or, please do not contact them directly or take the item back to store.

This is a manufacturer guarantee and we will handle any issues and refund directly, even if we did not take your payment. Our guarantee still applies but we will need to see proof or purchase for your return and we will issue refund via cheque or PayPal.

This guarantee is limited to single product purchases, no multiple purchase refunds and maximum one refund per address. You may be asked to send goods back to us.
